About Alekhya
Alekhya Reddy is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor industry, specializing in standard cell library development and physical design, with a focus on optimizing power, performance, and area (PPA) metrics in chip design. She holds a Master's in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo, providing her with a strong technical foundation. Having recently moved back to India, she is now exploring entrepreneurial opportunities in the industry. Outside of work, Alekhya is an avid runner and actively contributes to a few of ISB’s networking events, bringing people together and fostering meaningful connections.

With 20+ years of experience in Digital Technology, AI, and Extended Reality, Krithika has led large-scale initiatives across industries including Manufacturing, Automotive, Healthcare, and Banking. She has successfully managed diverse teams of 4,000+ people and was awarded 1st place out of 40,000+ ideas for Digital Innovation at Accenture.
A passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, Krithika excels in Design Thinking, storytelling, stakeholder management, and intrapreneurship. She has delivered complex digital solutions that align technology with business strategy, driving growth and innovation.
Currently pursuing an MBA, Krithika is pivoting to the Wellness Industry, focusing on health-conscious products and services. She seeks to leverage her leadership expertise and passion for holistic wellness to inspire positive change and drive impact in organizations focused on well-being.

About Vardhan
Vardhan specializes in creating powerful, sophisticated, and timeless images of successful executives, helping them showcase their leadership and achievements with confidence and pride. He is a PGPMAX Alumni from the 2023 cohort.
As a senior product manager at RPost, he brings innovative ideas to life by designing enterprise applications and creates experiences that delight end users. In the last two years, RPost products have won several awards and recognition for innovation and solidified their position in the leader's quadrant in leading analyst reports.
Before, RPost Vardhan served in the application technology divisions at Oracle India, developing no-code platforms, application development frameworks for developers, and a platform for integrating enterprise applications with Oracle Applications.
